FS Concrete takes a proactive approach towards safety. Ensuring the safety of our staff and the public that moves around our job is a priority on every job. Through our comprehensive training program our staff receives regular safety training and instruction. FS Concrete’s program has prevented injuries and increased safety awareness.

Training Program
FS Concrete’s Safety Training Program Includes:
- Weekly Safety Meeting - Our staff meets on a weekly basis to discuss the possible safety hazards that arose on a job during the previous week. We discuss how the issues were handled and what we could do better in the future.
- Toolbox Talk - This is an informal safety meeting that is conducted on site before work starts. The focus is on safety topics related to workplace hazards for that specific job.
- Monthly In-class Training - All FS Concrete staff must stay current with OSHA safety standards.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Course Completion
- OSHA Trenching and Excavation Safety Certification
- OSHA Concrete, Forms and Shoring Certification
The ultimate goal for FS Concrete is to maintain an accident free workplace so that our staff can go home safely to their families every night. Safety is more than just a word, it a way of life.
